1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using Finevista Nexus, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.

2. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and maintain the security of your credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Course access and licensing

When you purchase access, you receive a limited, non-transferable license to access course content for personal or organizational learning. You may not share, resell, or publicly distribute any content.

4. Payments and refunds

All prices are listed in USD. Self-paced courses qualify for a full refund within 14 days if less than 10% of the content has been completed. Live cohorts and coaching sessions are eligible for refunds up to 7 days prior to the start date. Applicable taxes are based on your location.

5. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, infringing, or harmful activities.
• No attempts to disrupt, reverse engineer, or compromise the service.
• No harassment or abuse in live sessions or community areas.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and technologies are owned by Finevista Nexus or its licensors. You receive no rights beyond those expressly granted in these Terms.

7. Disclaimers

Courses and coaching are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific outcomes such as promotions or audience reactions. Your results depend on individual effort and context.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Finevista Nexus and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Finevista Nexus harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the services or breach of these Terms.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.
